Circle A Farms Arugula and Lemon Basil Pesto


  • 1 cup Circle A Lettuce Basil Leaves
  • 1 cup Circle A Lettuce Arugula
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt


Pulse basil and arugula in a food processor until finely minced. Add parmesan cheese, pine nuts, lemon juice. Blend until combined. While food processor is running, slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil until a thin paste forms. Add salt and process until smooth. Add to your favorite dish or appetizer.
