BLT Romaine Salad


  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 1 crisper Circle A Lettuce Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 green onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 pink of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Croutons of your choosing


Whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar & green onions. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle dressing over cut romaine leaves and toss to coat well. Top with bacon crumbles and tomatoes. Finish with croutons.
